We deliver locally only with scheduled delivery windows to ensure freshness. When placing your order, you'll be asked to select a delivery time window — these help our team prepare and schedule deliveries efficiently.

We text you when we're on the way.

Once your order has been prepared and leaves the store for delivery, you'll receive a text message notification. The message includes a precise estimated time of arrival, so you can better track when your order will arrive.

Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives fresh and on time while keeping you informed throughout the delivery process.

04 — POKE STATION

Poke station — book 24 hours ahead.

Every poke bowl is crafted fresh to order — never pre-prepped, never compromised. To give our station team time to prepare each bowl with care, all poke station orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

During high-demand periods.

During busy periods, holidays, or times of heavy traffic, delivery times may be longer than usual. While we always strive to deliver orders within the selected time window, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding as our team works to ensure every order arrives fresh.

06 — NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

FedEx overnight, coast to coast.

We offer nationwide shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure maximum freshness. All fish is vacuum-sealed and packed in special insulated boxes with dry ice to keep it fresh during transit.
